DISCLOSURE AND RESERVATIONS OF FUNDS DEDUCTIONS
Insightwood is aimed at providing a satisfactory experience for every client’s furniture request. Nevertheless we realize that such situations occur and a return has to be made. Therefore, we accept cancellations & returns under certain circumstances.
- CANCELLATION: –
21.1. Cancellation before Delivery – You can cancel your order of any Product before its delivery at any time. For any such cancellation requests please reach us on customer care help line at respective locations. Please, note that for any cancellations before delivery has been attempted no amount will be retained as per the refund policy of Insightwood for the readymade products. Delivery attempted is referred to as the attempt undertaken at your ship-to address for the purpose of delivering the goods ordered by you (“Delivery Attempt”). However, in the event of order cancellation of any Made to Order (“MTO”) Product all advance paid by you shall be forfeited.
21.2. Cancellation at the time of delivery – If you do not wish to keep a Product, you may return it immediately upon Delivery. Cancellation at the time of delivery is unacceptable for MTO Products.
21.3. Cancellation after Delivery – Delivered Products shall not be taken back.
21.4. Cancellation of Services after delivery of Goods- For delivered Products, impossible to cancel Services.
21.5. CANCELLATION OF DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS SOLD AT A DISCOUNT DURING A SALE IS NOT ALLOWED AFTER DELIVERY.
21.6. In the event any damaged Product has been delivered, the same must be evidenced by the delivery person, Service Associate, or other staff instantly. Should this be identified at a later date, kindly reach out via telephone or email sohailahmed1206@gmail.com. A measurement or inspection of Damage or defect will take one or two days, after which a decision will be reached. In case Insightwood considers the defect improper, the item in the item will be replaced or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by the representative of Insightwood to address the issue. However, if in the opinion of Insightwood there is no defect in the Product, Insightwood shall return the same Product back to you and no further action will be taken. Insightwood shall have the sole right to determine whether a Product is defective or not.
21.7. The cancellation policies mentioned here do not apply to certain products. To know the specific cancellation policy for your product, please check your product’s description provided on every product page.
RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS – 21.8. Where you receive a damaged or defective Product/Where the Product supplied does not correspond to the original order specification, it is possible to return the Product back right away at the time of delivery. It is not permissible to entertain any requests for return of a product once the delivery has taken place.
- REFUNDS: –
22.1. In case you are entitled to a reimbursement or a promotional code (where applicable), it shall be offered to you according to the following principles -:
- a) Subject to availability, all refunds initiation will be done after the physical retrieval of all canceled items from you/customer’s location.
- b) The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid delivery will be refunded 10-20 working days from the date of processing the refund request initiated online or to the corresponding card as the case may be, as Insightwood considers appropriate.
- c) The refund amount for the order paid vide cash on delivery option, will be initiated within 7-10 working days, and the order amount will be credited to your bank account.
- d) The refund vide a promotional code, for the orders paid online will be provided to you within 7-10 working days through hard copy or e-mail depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Insightwood.
- e) A promotional code once used shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of order, either by the customer or by Insightwood.
